TAE50211 Diploma of Training Design and Development

This qualification is suitable for training developers and instructional designers responsible for analysing training needs, designing training solutions and products and evaluating training programs.

Preferred pathways into the qualification

1. After completion of TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and gaining vocational experience in training and assessment roles within an RTO / similar organisation.

2. After completion of a relevant qualification and gaining vocational experience in in training and assessment roles within an RTO / similar organisation.

3. After gaining extensive experience vocational experience in training and assessment roles within an RTO / similar organisation.

10 units – 5 core and 5 electives

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you think you already have the skills and knowledge to RPL this qualification we offer a simple yet robust process including self-assessment, evidence gathering, interviews and 3rd party reporting.
